Between August 2010 and August 2012 I worked as a contributing sportswriter at the World Company community papers.

During that time I covered high school sports teams that were located in the Shawnee, Basehor-Linwood and Bonner Springs areas.

While there I also wrote feature stories which profiled local high school and college athletes.
